My First Real Side Hustle; Can You Make Money Selling Polaroids?

Hey guys, it's beginning to look a lot like Saturday (I know it isn't Saturday).
Two months ago, I went out and asked the organizers of the Christmas Market in my city if I could sell Polaroids (technically Instax Mini photos) on the Market as a little side hustle. To be fair, my city isn't the hugest. We have a population of 180,000 people. Here's the update:
Weekdays are shit.
The first day, I was there was on a Tuesday. I was downtown anyways so I thought "why not?" and took my gear with me. That day, I walked around for about one and a half hours holding a sign and barely made any money.
All in all, I made around:
REVENUE:
15€
($16)
PROFIT:
8€
($8.50)
Remember, this is for around 1.5 hours of work.
Weekends are okay?
FRIDAY:
On Friday I went once again. This time I knew pay would be better since most people visit the Christmas Market on the weekends. Anyways, Friday was pretty average:
REVENUE:
25€
($26)
PROFIT:
16€
($17)
for about one and a half hours of work
To be honest though, I probably could've made more if I stayed longer.
SATURDAY; HOLY SHIT
Saturday was definitely my best day yet. It was also the most visited day. I met so many fun and cool people and had some good fun! It actually went so well I had to stop after around an hour since I didn't have any film left.
REVENUE:
70€
($74)
PROFIT:
42€
($44)
Literally for one hour of work... To be fair yes, I did have to take the bus and do some work beforehand but that's still an amazing hourly rate.
SUNDAY
Sunday was somehow the worst day of all. There were nearly as many people there as on Saturday, yet most were older people. They seem to be a lot less interested in such a product. All in all, I made 15€ with 8€ in profits. Nothing worth mentioning.
Important to say:
I believe, if I stayed longer, especially on Saturday, I could have made some more money. Some people even tipped me, which was really cool and kind! I've only gotten compliments on the idea while I heard some say it's too expensive.
For measure:
one film (one picture) costs me 0.8€ to 1€
My prices:
2€ per photo
5€ for three photos
I couldn't price them any cheaper since I wouldn't make any good profits.
Future:
Anyways, I'm guessing the profits will be even better in the next few weeks since more people tend to go towards the end of the Christmas Market (it ends on the 30th December). I'll keep you updated!
